HqO Unveils Tenant Satisfaction (TSAT) Scores To Provide Landlords With Actionable, Real-Time Data

Tenant experience data just got more actionable. Get real-time feedback from tenant employees. Get quantitative metrics that help you optimize individual building amenities, building programming, and on-site service providers and retailers. Get the qualitative data you need to take action, solve problems, and strengthen relationships with individual tenant employees and their organizations. With HqO’s feedback function, property teams are able to receive direct evaluations from their tenants in order to optimize individual amenities, update programming, and improve the performance of on-site service providers and retailers.

With a push of the “Give feedback” button on the homepage, tenants can rate each amenity or event in a building on a 1-5 star scale and provide an optional comment as well. This allows landlords to gain valuable data directly from tenants in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Landlords can see how satisfied tenants are with building amenities and events, and make improvements and changes to the building based on real-time data.
