We redesigned HqO — Welcome to the future of Tenant Experience Software

Posted by Ruben Sanchez | May 28, 2019 9:00:00 AM

Our app redesign provides tenants with visual enhancements and tools designed to help discover the building programming that matters most. Homepage content is now grouped by category, and you can now scroll through distinctly labeled sections of the homepage. These sections are aligned to important programming within the building or campus. On the newly redesigned “Discover” page you can filter content by type or search using keywords. Additionally, RSVPs for future events now appear in a personal drawer. The homepage redesign makes the mobile experience even more enjoyable and user friendly.

Home Tab

As shown above, when you open the app you will find a beautifully redesigned homepage. Images now run edge to edge creating a more enjoyable and appealing user experience. You’ll also notice that content is now conveniently organized under four new headings: Home, Discover, Information, and Notifications.

Discover Tab

HqO users now have the ability to browse upcoming events by using the search bar feature on the discover page. Tenants can also filter by category including: Food & Beverage, Health & Wellness and Entertainment. The user can even search by content type by choosing between events, posts, or deals under the filters tab.

Information Tab

The information tab is where tenants can find information about the building that they work in. Whether it is the amenities offered, other companies and business, messaging the property team or viewing a map of your neighborhood, the information tab encompasses the answers to your most common questions.

Notifications Tab

Under notifications, property teams can send alerts to tenant employees of a specific company or all companies. By providing a title and detail in the “Alert Info” entries, then selecting which company you would like to receive the alert under “Options”, you can notify your tenant employee community quickly.

Tell Us What You Think

We hope that you love the redesigned app, and we hope that you will keep on telling us how to make it even better. Please send your feedback to hello@hqo.co, and we look forward to hearing from you.
