It’s hard to think of a better home base. We chose the Biltmore due to their amazing attention to the safety of their guests. Open-air dining and activities abound — including a Donald Ross golf course, ten fully-lit tennis courts, and one of the largest pools in the United States.

Your agenda
Once you arrive on the 10th and get settled, join your peers and the HqO team for dinner. The next day, we’ll have meetings and presentations all day, followed by an off-site dinner in the evening. Before leaving on the final day, we invite you to recharge with your choice of a complimentary round of golf or spa treatment.

What’s included?
Guests are responsible for their transportation to and from the summit. HqO will take care of everything once you are there, including room fees, meals, and your choice of either a round of golf or a spa treatment.
What is the policy on face-coverings at this event?
Face coverings are required as dictated by Miami Dade County law. During indoor meetings, masks will be required at all times.
What are the eating arrangements?
All meals hosted by HqO will be outdoors, weather permitting. If weather does not permit us to eat outside, accommodations will be made by the Biltmore to ensure indoor dining meets regulations. If at any time you prefer to eat on your own, just let us know and we will ensure you are taken care of.
Will there be a remote/hybrid option for this event?
We are looking at ways to create other options to attend for our invitees. In the meantime, we recommend that guests RSVP to lock in their spot.
